Ella Marie Jensen
My doctor ordered an ultrasound this week to see the size of the baby. He doesn't want to take her too early, but is also worried about taking her too late. So, we had an ultrasound. We will find out the results on Wednesday. It was cool to see her this big because we got to see some of her features. She already has HUGE cheeks and what seem to be my lips. She has a tiny nose so that probably came from Brady or could be my sister...Guess we will see for sure when she arrives!
Hope you all can make sense of these pictures, the first one is of her face with the cheeks being squished. Apparently she is facing back and really low so it was hard to get a good picture. The second one is of her profile. She had her hands in her mouth the whole time, so we couldn't get a good profile picture. The third is supposed to show you that she really is a girl....more power to you if you can figure it out. The technician showed me, but I already forgot. =) Enjoy the pictures!!

Yeah...I totally can't tell baby parts in an ultrasound unless someone's showing me. Sean can totally see them though.
Glad to see you've (pretty much?) settled on a name. Good choice--I love it! And finally, when you say "take her, early or late" are they planning to induce you for some reason, or just trying to make sure you go into labor around the right time?
Awww. I can't wait for you guys to have her! Are you naming her Ella? Have you decided for sure? BTW- That is an AWACS plane in the pics from San Diego.
Yes, we have pretty much settled on Ella for her name. That is unless we get some insight to name her something different when she arrives. =) We also can't wait. I am getting sick of being pregnant...my due date is only two weeks away now.
The doc says that he wants to induce me near my due date if she is big enough because he worries about me being able to have a 9 lb baby naturally if she goes over her date. On the other hand, if she is small still he would like to wait and make sure she is ready. He will let me go over by a bit if she seems to need more time in the oven. I am sure hoping for the number 1 scenario I have to say. =)
