The Elephant Towel

Our friends Carrie and Jimmy sent Ella this cute little elephant towel. She seems to especially like it!

Before anyone comments on my letting Ella play with a string that could choke her or strangle her, let me fill you in. She for some reason has been fascinated with strings of any kind. She will pull them out of my sweatshirt, pants, shoes...anything that has one. This particular one she pulled out of my pajama pants and stuck it straight in her mouth. Under my supervision, I let her play with it long enough to grab a few photos. She is resembling a cat a little too much...=) P.S. No worries, I took the string away as soon as the photo shoot was over!

Happy 50th Dad!

My dad turned 50 today and my siblings and I threw him a surprise party. Here are a few pictures from the event for some of you that couldn't make it. We did have a great turn out. It sure was fun!
