San Diego
Brady and I decided to spend our Anniversary/my birthday weekend in San Diego this year. We stayed in a hotel for the weekend and spent our time relaxing and site seeing. Brady planned the entire weekend, and I was quite impressed with what he came up with. =) Here are some pictures from our trip.

We went on a tour of the harbor on a ship like this...

We think this is an awax plane like Matt will work on (could be wrong though).

These guys rode around all over the place asking to give rides. They charge $20 to go a block!!!
We took a tour of the Midway. It was quite hot in there though, I thought I might pass out at one point.

We happened to be there on a day where they were having some ceremony for a guy becoming an officer. That was pretty cool!
This is as we are coming over the bridge to Coronado. Brady has decided he wants to live there someday. It is a beautiful city and has quite a bit of charm.

The famous hotel...had to see it.
We stopped by a park to see an art show and this was on the wall. Pretty neat I thought.

And this is our crystal ball story. We went to eat at a little diner and were sitting inside after we ordered. Brady ordered a cheeseburger with swiss and cheddar cheese, and onion rings. I had a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and french fries. We saw our order come up on the counter and then watched our waitress walk it right past our table...

She dropped the plates off in front of these two old people eating just outside the window. We were sure that she dropped our food at the wrong table. To our suprise, the people started into their meals with no shock at all. So, turns out that they ordered the same things we both did. Brady said,"You know what this means, don't you?" We got a glimpse into the future that day and it wasn't pretty. Needless to say I am going to lighten up on my hamburger eating...the lady was wearing a mumu..
I just thought this building was cool.
And the train station....
This is the restaurant we ate at called Island Prime. They had some awesome steaks and we ate right on the water.

And the best part was the view. This is what we looked at while we were eating.
We realized that this was our first vacation that we took for no reason at all. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to do it again real soon. =)

Grillin'
Almost there!
This is a picture of our very cute nephew Ethan. He decided that he wanted to look pregnant as well. =)
I am looking forward to the end. I have a little over 8 weeks left, and am very much ready. I know I still have two months, and I am sure it will fly by...but not fast enough. We can't wait to see the little runt and make sure all the sickness was worth it. =) Since our little friend Hallie will be leaving us this weekend we are going to need a new playmate. The good news is that we only have two months without one. Well, my lunch break is over so I guess it is back to the office...we promise to post more when the little runt arrives.

Belly Friend Daphne
Ok, after all the heat we have been receiving recently about updating our blog I am finally doing so. Since our last posting, we found out that we are having a girl!!! We are both thrilled and can't wait to see her. The doctor says she is going to be a pretty small baby, but my belly friend Daphne has gotten quite big lately, so I guess we will see.
On another note, we have gotten to see a lot of Brady's family this summer and have really enjoyed that. The only ones we are still waiting to see is Chad, Amy and Emily. We will be seeing them at the family reunion in a few weeks, so we are looking forward to that. We can't wait to see Emily now that she is so big.
Not much else is going with us. I am just barefoot and pregnant (well at least when I am at home). Brady started his new job at Telepacific and is liking it very much. Even though I have a belly friend, there is not much else to say....I promise when we have a little one around, we will update our blog more. =)
