Belly Friend Daphne

Ok, after all the heat we have been receiving recently about updating our blog I am finally doing so. Since our last posting, we found out that we are having a girl!!! We are both thrilled and can't wait to see her. The doctor says she is going to be a pretty small baby, but my belly friend Daphne has gotten quite big lately, so I guess we will see. On another note, we have gotten to see a lot of Brady's family this summer and have really enjoyed that. The only ones we are still waiting to see is Chad, Amy and Emily. We will be seeing them at the family reunion in a few weeks, so we are looking forward to that. We can't wait to see Emily now that she is so big. Not much else is going with us. I am just barefoot and pregnant (well at least when I am at home). Brady started his new job at Telepacific and is liking it very much. Even though I have a belly friend, there is not much else to say....I promise when we have a little one around, we will update our blog more. =)

Mimi's Birthday

I know I know.. we don't post enough. Anyway... A while back we took Mimi to San Clemente for her birthday. We had blast. Mimi even got her first ( I think it was her first ) close up with a pelican. She would have gotten closer, but the the pelican was looking for blood. =) Here are some pics of the day.

My New Hobby

So Jessica's dad invited me to go paint balling with a bunch of guys from his work. Needless to say I came home injured and fanatical about paintball! It was such a blast! All the fun of war without the risk of [most] injury! I was doing just fine and holding my own when suddenly I slipped on some residual paint from a previous game and landed flat on my back. What met me next was a barrage of gunfire from less than 10 feet away. The one that hit me actually tore through my sweatshirt and left a big hole. I continued to do well for the rest of the day, and even ended up picking off Jessica's dad with a shot to the head (on accident of course)! I am hooked!
