We just got back a week ago from out month long adventure. It was so much fun and so exhausting. We saw lots of family and had lots of fun. Lets start from the beginning. California was our first stop. My baby sister is married (tear)! She looked gorgeous as always. Here are a few pictures of the event. Congrats Bryan and Cassidy!

My dancer
My good friend Nicole took these cute pictures of Ella. I just love them. Thanks Nicole! If you are ever in the area and need photos give them a call, they are awesome. Bird on a Wire Photography =)
Friends
Look at me now! Here is a fun night we had with Ella's friend Mia and her family. We have become quite close to them lately. Ella met her in dance and our friendship with them has evolved from there. The boys went to a soccer game so Jenny and I hung out with the kids. Here are some pics of our night together.
Then we had our good friends kids over on Saturday while they did a photo shoot. Ella and her Jagger got to hang out, that's always a plus!
This is my dorky child. He was afraid of the pool. And flies. And fans. Ho hum. Don't know what to do with him. He didn't actually get in the pool, just put the life jacket on as a joke. =)

These kids are so cute together. Best buds.
And why not put willing bodies to work?
Then we took on another friend. Giovanna. Cute, cute girl. Her and Carter like each other a bit. =)
And that's a wrap. Fun having a full house!

The 4th. Of July.
Yes, I am a slacker. But I figure I better get this up before it is August. Here was our chill 4th weekend.
Kiteboarding! Carter wants to go. Not for a while buddy.
Yet he wouldn't touch sand. This picture is awesome (he got over it the next time we went to the river by the way)
Love this cute face. (Yes Julie, I am getting mushy)
We hung out at a park/shore. Well, just a park. The water was too high, so no sand for our jazzed up kids. Bummer. The ice cream did the trick! Then, we left. Let's just say not our kind of folk around those parts on the weekend of the 4th.Stopped on the corner at this cool church. Brady and the kids drank from what they thought was a cool water fountain (still hoping it wasn't some holy water of some sort we were disrespectfully drinking!)
Then off to yet another park. First we ran through the splash pad, Ella had a blast! That is until a bum washed his clothes in the water and spouted out some vulgar language to some kids who got him wet. We promptly moved on.
Looks like he's having fun?
Until the water hits his face.
I love this picture. They are so cute together these days.
Ella took this picture. Good photographer. Happy anniversary of our engagement to us! =)
Waiting for the fireworks. Just like her weird Auntie Cass.
And here is Papa's perfect angel. =)
Watched a firework show, hung out with strangers. Great, relaxing, fun day!
Catch up
This is what Carter does to Oreo's when he is left to his own devices. Eats all of the cream.
Papa came for a visit! My kids adore their Papa. So fun to have him.
Had to roast some mallows. =)
Come back soon Papa!
Then Grammy came. We had a girl night!
And she fulfilled Ella's peanut butter and bologna fantasy. (I wouldn't do it). Sick! Come back soon Grammy!
