Mimi's Birthday

I know I know.. we don't post enough. Anyway... A while back we took Mimi to San Clemente for her birthday. We had blast. Mimi even got her first ( I think it was her first ) close up with a pelican. She would have gotten closer, but the the pelican was looking for blood. =) Here are some pics of the day.

My New Hobby

So Jessica's dad invited me to go paint balling with a bunch of guys from his work. Needless to say I came home injured and fanatical about paintball! It was such a blast! All the fun of war without the risk of [most] injury! I was doing just fine and holding my own when suddenly I slipped on some residual paint from a previous game and landed flat on my back. What met me next was a barrage of gunfire from less than 10 feet away. The one that hit me actually tore through my sweatshirt and left a big hole. I continued to do well for the rest of the day, and even ended up picking off Jessica's dad with a shot to the head (on accident of course)! I am hooked!

Although it was a short trip for us, it was great to have the whole Jensen clan together for Christmas!

Candle Lighting Ceremony

It is said that Disney's candle lighting ceremony is supposed to be crazy with all kinds of people scouting out spots. So, Laurel, Tanner, Kearis, Brady I got there 7am to begin out scouting. We waited in line for the gates to open ran to the best spot and were set to camp for the day. I have to say I felt a little weird at first because everybody else was paying $60 to get into the park that day. We sure got some weird looks. As you will see below, Brady was a little tired due to the early hour and decided to take a nap on the street. After just a short hour and a half a wonderful cast member came by and gave us tickets to the show! We were able to spend the day in the park instead of camping out. Here are a few pictures of our day!
